Whether its different sex positions to try, role plays, how to use particular sex toys, adult dvds can take your minds to new levels and introduce you to new things. I know a lot of people think that adult dvds are just pornos, and I must admit I can see why people think this, but until you watch one you don’t know the benefits. Personally I find the noise factor a turn on, and seeing people go down on each other. Other people will get different things out of watching movies, its all up to the individual.
Until you’ve watched an adult dvd you don’t really know what you’re missing out on. So my advice, watch a tame one, when I say tame, I mean something that’s not in the gang bang section etc, but rather something that is in the section suitable for couples maybe. Get yourself relaxed – there’s no point watching the movie if you’re uptight as if you’re uptight to start then the likelihood of relaxing during the dvd is slime. Have a beer/wine, whatever, get yourself relaxed and watch the dvd with an open mind. Learn new position, get inspiration, and you never know you might really get turned on watching the dvd – they are definitely worth a shot.
